Managing Director is the statutory body of a limited liability company (Ltd.).

There may also be more Directors and if the Memorandum of Association require so, they constitute a collective body.
Director is entitled to the business management of the company. He has the right to conclude and sign contracts on behalf of the company. He shall keep records as the law requires and is responsible for the company’s accounting. He also keeps the list of members of the company, and is obliged to inform them about corporate affairs at their request.
