Memorandum of association

Business Corporation is founded by Memorandum of Association.

All our services are completely certified.

In capital companies it has the form of a public document. If the company is founded by a sole proprietor, the document is called Deed of Association (also a public document).

Memorandum of Association must be signed by all founders. It must be in the form of notarial deed.

Memorandum of Association determines all important aspects regarding the company that is being established; the content is determined by law (see link below) and contains information such as:

a) the name of the company

b) the business object,

c) registered office (address of the headquarters)

d) information on founding members (name, address, or business name and registered office)

e) information on deposits and capital,

f) information on Managing Directors and Supervisory Board Members

g) information on the deposit administrator,

h) joint stock company (Inc.) shall also include the number of shares and their nominal value.
