Wage
All our services are completely certified.
Wage is remuneration for an employee’s work. It may be provided in financial form, or as a wage in kind. Wages are paid after completion of the work; usually during the month following after the month in which the work was completed; on the date agreed. Government directive sets out the current minimum wage (government order https://www.zakonyprolidi.cz/cs/2006-567); law also determines guaranteed wage (§ 112, Act. No. 262/2006 Coll., Labour Code available on https://www.zakonyprolidi.cz/cs/2006-262) - the respective amounts are often reviewed by the Government and the Parliament and updated in order to follow inflation and general rise in wages.
For the work on certain days of week or during certain time of day, employees are entitled to a premium. For night work, for work on Saturday and Sunday, or for work in hazardous environments the premium shall be at least 10% of average earnings. The law allows you to negotiate a higher premium.
